"Never thought it would get this low. What a bargain."
Below is my post from only last Friday to a comment that TOE was now at a 'crazy low' price as being a positive to buy in. It's now down almost 10% since that 'crazy low' price of $0.22. That 3-year chart showing a steady decline is telling you something as it keeps making new 'bargain' lows almost monthly over that time frame with no signs of stopping. And the reason for it has just one answer: management.
Here's the 3-year consolidation-adjusted chart for TOE. What this says is that TOE just keeps making new 'crazy low' prices every few weeks like clockwork with no sign of stopping. Pity those who bought at or near the peak of $2.90.
