Why has the share price decreased from a high of $0.081...

Why has the share price decreased from a high of $0.081 (19/1/10) to as low as $0.044 today !!

How much longer should shareholders put up with the current management and board of directors !!!

Shareholders have invested in Focus to make money, not to lose it.

Although the share price has been slaughtered, a great numbers of posters keep on praising the current management - WHY!!!

I think that it is time to have a change, and appoint capable personnel with the ability to move this company forward, and improve our investments.


My reasons are:

The past three quarterly reports were unsatisfactory.

Gold reserves are extremely low, considering that management had 3 drilling rigs in operation as at 26/11/09.

Too many shares on the register - 2,865,543,210 shares.

Cost of gold production is unsatisfactory -
Dec'09 - $602 oz
Mar'10 - $820 oz
June'10 - $792 oz

Every time the company is contacted, although the company representative is extremely polite, a very rosy story is told, however, results are not shown in the reports or the share price.


In conclusion, the share price speaks for itself, which reflects the lack of confidence in the current board and management.

This is just my opinion as a Focus shareholder for a long period of time.
