What a crock - income tax is one of the fairer taxes in our system (although it is far too complicated) as at least it only taxes you on what you earn. Land tax is one of if not the most unfair taxes out there and it should be abolished. If you want to tax inheritance then that should be done on the transfer of the assets (not that I agree with that). Land tax is a tax about punishing owners, and the reality is they get nothing or very little for the tax they pay which is completely unfair!
