I am south australian.
Our Chairman Mr Brown was the Premier of South Australia but was replaced by Mr John Olsen. The reason for the replacement was that mr Brown was more interested in the cocktail circuit and the garden fetes etc and not getting stuck into the day to day planning and running of the state. Because of the behind the scene problems the Liberal party changed leaders to Mr Olsen.
Wind forward to Hillgroves current situation and the problems along the way,the performance of the person at the top has been found wanting once again.
No wonder AMP are selling. IMO they probably got good info of the cocktail circiut to entice buying but when it came to delivering it all crumbled.
IMO time for the chairman to go. Regret twice bitten now but I learnt by my mistake.
