In your post # 32906146 you have discussed some keys points in relation to getting rid of ineffective board or some of them at least.
In your above mentioned post you have mentioned or at least I understand that you want to drag them out. I can work with you replacing the board provided Xcel Capital is also replaced. I am in a position with >5% of voting power and I am also in a position to issue the notice for the attempt. It’s time for some house cleaning.
