Thank for the compliment @tuts, however, I think the right person for the job is @fooca and/or @anatol. I don't have the patience, nor interest, for something like that as I would want to punch someone on occasions when things are not been done.
Have to say @fooca and/or @anatol are of the right character for a role like that whether here or some other company - their views differ but they can argue their cases well, whether you agree with them or not. GLTAH, but in terms of me just waiting for holes right of hole 3 and 1.
The question with this type of action is how the other main SH will vote, especially the existing BOD as self interest might prevail there but it might send a message if that is the aim of the exercise and/or could be a surprise in that it might lead to a BOD change (probably one at most I think). All IMO
