Personally I would like to see a merger of the two companies, this would offer benefits to both lots of shareholders, an ongoing cashflow while Toliara is sorted out while also providing African expertise to the Tanzanian projects. Both Mkt Caps are similar and with a more diverse mining operation will see greater institutional interest. Too often small one mine operations are overlooked as too risky, bit players with not enough capital to really achieve the growth they potentially have.

Unfortunately too much ego and self interest from Directors will never see any consolidation.
