Would love to help you and I agree but at this stage it's better "the devil you know than the one you don't"
Can we be assured that the replacement would be any better? I also think anyone willing to come in at this stage considering the companys history, share price and share holder discontent would demand a significant sum. Money that isn't there or won't be for much longer.

Besides that $650k to get rid of Crosby would be much more useful than giving him that golden handshake.

I wasn't surprised that the handout at the presentation made absolutely no reference to the exceptionally generous executive salaries. It's astounding that in all the calling of shareholders that was undertaken recently that no one mentioned it at a sticking point.
