I just got a reply from the ASX by email.
(It states that I am not allowed to share it. I was going to cut and paste it but then thought maybe not after reading the disclaimer.)
The gist of it is that since the receipt of my report to the ASX re OOKs misconduct they have had an announcement regarding OOK's purchase of two mining interests and therefore they would soon be relisting. ASX are of the opinion that the announcement fixes everything. I was a bit gob smacked. Minimal glib answer.
I've had enough now. Moving on. It's taken me a while to track some of the names involved. Tricksters. No substance. This silly game is based on BS by the shovelful. Gaming the punters. Not something I'm willing to spend any more time on. Ta ta...
