    Well, Michael, if you read HC, best of luck with this raising. I hope that broker is alert, alarmed re the selling, and can find investors to buy, to outdo the selling.

    Can anyone tell from the Substantial Notice today, how much that shareholder has left? From the last ANN, Karmel Medical Accoustics had 83,970,808 shares for a total of 8.02%.
