    Received a reply from ARH regarding my question on the Notice of Meeting:

    Thank you for your email. We are working towards sending the Notice of Meeting to shareholders in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately we are experiencing minor delays with a few aspects of the documentation. At this stage we are expecting to still hold the meeting in October.

    The Notice of Meeting will include explanatory memorandum and independent expert report.
