Please note the deferral in payment terms being met by the Seismic Contractor, in no way reduces the “firm” commitment from Tap Oil.

As you would have understood, WHL Energy will now retain 30% equity through the seismic phase by paying 5% of the costs.

I would also refer to you the qualities bought to the Joint Venture by AWE, and the deal might make greater sense to you.
