In my post of reply from WHL they say 'firm' commitment from TAP. Why the 'firm' and not just firm ?
Have asked WHL to clarify and suggest it warrants an announcement to clarify just how this OPTION is worded, and what does 'firm' mean. And yes, a LOI would make sense. To infer it will cover costs of 3D seismic is misleading if TAP don't exercise option. Contractor has apparently accepted deferred payment, so what sweetener for that are they going to get?
More questions than answers........
