As Exploration Director I can inform you that things are moving forward.

Generally speaking we need to get environmental and Native Title consents before we commence field operations in both SA and WA.

My priority is the Musgrave project (I call it Alcurra-Tieyon) where we have the JV with OZ Minerals. I have negotiated and executed a Native Title Mining Agreement with the Tjayuwara-Unmuru Aboriginal Corporation (TUAC) and I am told this was achieved in record time. We are now required to conduct a site clearance with TUAC Elders and pending availability of the Elders, this has been scheduled for next week.

Once cleared I have an EM crew ready to go then drilling will follow around July.

Similar compliance processes are progressing in the Gawler, the Pilbara and SE Yilgarn. Unfortunately there are no short cuts.

Our share price is disappointing. We attribute it to a small number of share holders that came across from ARK, the company we used for the back door listing. Some of these smaller shareholders are understandably disgruntled with their investment in ARK and we are seeing very small number of shares being sold by these share holders and this activity is pulling our price down. Most of these share holders have been flushed out so we expect an improvement in coming days.
