this is very true GO. I remember the SPP and the 81c takeover by Crosby. Bakersfield in CA. I also remember NEO and all their pr codswallop.
Should have bought the oppies Sandybeaches was promoting in NDO when he and Cap't Salty had differing opinions when comparing NEO.
Point being SG may JV partner with less than picture perfect partners (VIL) but he does have the best interests of his shareholders and company at the foremost of decisions
I have probably over 50 emails from him when he was involved with OPL and I wouldn't doubt his sincerity.
Have been in GGP for perhaps 2 weeks now at 1.9 so all in all a latecomer but story does look appealing.
Only negative comment I can say is that he's an Eagles supporter which does pee me off somewhat!!
2012 may be his year and ours, just hopefully not the Eagles!!
