Every company that does Consultation claims they want to get rid of traders. Traders are the ones that push a share price up and down. Long termers just sit and do nothing. that doesnt help the share price. It's an exercise so they can raise more capital so they don't have to give such a discount. I run like hell, and it's been proven right again, consolidations are an exit point every time
