Management overhaul is badly needed with akk. Current management have had a fair go now. New blood and ideas are needed. Akk need plenty capital if its going to be significantly cash positive, which it doesn't have. You can have the best assets in the world if you don't have the capital to exploit them, then what's the point of just surviving instead of striving. Blaming the oil drop is a cop out for me. That's why there's hedging if you want to secure an oil price and limit risk on the downside or upside
