The following is the reply I received today from IDL's general counsel regarding my query as to when a decision will be made on the use of the cap raise funds.

Thanks for your email. The Board has not yet made a decision in relation to use of funds from the recent capital raising nor has it made any decision in connection with the timing of any announcement in relation to the use of funds. Absent any other disclosures to satisfy our continuous disclosure obligations, we would expect referring further to this in connection with the release of our half year results in February.
