Lower interest rates will make the yields more attractive to potential buyers of individual centres (whether or not CER lock in rates irrespective). Still awaiting 'material' disposals to occur.
Have been lots of sales recently but 'immaterial' according to Centro.
Material sales will occur as they become more attractive, cash yield of 2-3% compared to 8-9%.
