    Agree with you to an extent.It is the facts as you state them that cause me to still invest in CER. China has the money but still needs the USA as a customer and because of that China needs the USA to have retail outlets like those owned by CER (and the banks) to peddle it's products.

    China is not lending for charity. It is slowly buying a controling stake in the world of finance. Control the money, control the world.
