Does it mean that you were the one shareholder?
OR
Does it mean that you have been able to look at some figures from the AGM that indicated that there was just one shareholder in attendance and that it was a male.
OR
Does it mean that you have a connection to the Board who was able to give you these details from the meeting.

I am intrigued!

If ever there was an opportunity to gain information by asking some serious questions then the AGM was the golden opportunity for any shareholder in the region.
