Has anyone considered the fact that having invited Nucore onboard that they may have had very good reasons to alter the DFS considerably, due to Nucore offering more/demanding more of the DFS which (early version) they would have viewed? In other words a far more upmarket version of the original that was said to be 80% finished quite awhile ago.

Depends if your glass is half full or half empty.

In my humble opinion this is good news. Perhaps we will become the "poster child" of DFS as well!!
