That is a totally inappropriate comparison. The "healthcare holiday thing" you refer to relates to elective (cosmetic) procedures such as face lift, rhinoplasty, tummy tucks and breast enhancement.
It bears no relation to critical oncology treatment at a centre for excellence.
A better comparison would be of people travelling to Switzerland or the USA for treatment at the Mayo Clinic.
