Reply from Mike Anderson

I sent an email to Mike Anderson to query whether he was able to provide the companies'
views on the recent political turmoil in Mali.
He advised that it was the company policy not to comment on the situation as it was out of their control.He did however state that he and COO Andrew Taplin had been in Mali last week and he hoped that their presence there demonstrates the fact that it is very much business as usual on the ground.
He also commented that he was happy with Sprott's assessment of the political situation in their last report . He remained confident that there is a demonstrable value proposition at both Morila and Goulamina and he does not believe that the recent events will have a long term impact on that.
I was impressed that he took the time to reply to my email and I am now feeling more
confident than ever.
