reply from MXC regarding deposit., page-181

They don't even have the deposit for the first deal let alone getting any contracts on the table for the other 2. they would have posted an Ann ASAP if they did. They clearly won't send an email to a random HotCopper poster saying we are still waiting on the deposit not sure when it will be done, we hope it will be in before the quarterly fingers crossed, no progress on other contracts till deposit is in bank. They will type every thing is going as planned the deposit will be posted in the quarterly Ann, the other 2 contracts are on target
