It truely is upsetting to find genuine holders loose there patients with this deal.. I would really consider looking at the core foundation and values of this company, what it's trying to achieve is not what it's selling to VC.
A similar example would be someone needing to travel from A - B but can't get there without a car.
VC is the car. The end goal (B) is the final destination..
If we can't get a car we will just have to walk but eventually we will get there.
The name of the game is patience. Other similar companies with higher Mc got there with a lot less.
