Generally there is a lot of, let’s say, “directors speak” in the screen shot!

The very important words in the screen shot are...

1- “committed to” does not mean they will or have finalized the deal!

2- “we believe in the deal” does not mean it will or has happened (finalized)

3- “we are confident” does not mean the deal will or has happened (finalized)

4-“confident that we are moving forward” does not mean they are moving forward! It reads as though they think they are moving forward!


The use of words like

“Committed to”
“We believe in”
“We are confident”
and again, “We are confident”

are of concern and they do not instill confidence that this deal will ever proceed!
