Sorry but I'm going to call you out on this one mate.
The $8 mio net revenue contract is mainly the reason behind the growth in SP you talk about from 6.8c.
The fact that they are not confirming the deposit, (now past the expected time frame within which the deposit was expected to be made), is tantamount to disclosing that it has not been paid.
Confidence that it will be paid in the future is another issue and we can all take our chances on that one. (hopefully by the next quarterly ANN)
This $40 mil contract is a big deal and some positive confirmation that the terms of the contract including a deposit payment would not go astray. Confidence is no substitute.
