These replies from Nick certainly raise some questions. If there is 'disinformation' out there, what exactly is that 'disinformation'? To take the metaphor literally, how can a 'milestone' 'slip'? If it slips, it can't be milestone, can it? So what is it in fact? How come an annual maintenance payment was not negotiated in the first place? Nick seems very off-hand about assisting our cash flow - a 'yeah, I guess it might be nice...' feeling about it. What on earth is a 'sort of annual payment'?? Is it a payment but not annual, annual but not a payment, or neither of those? Yes, anniversaries are annual, but an anniversary of what exactly? When? How much? All of those who own the company (we shareholders) are surely entitled to a bit more clarity than this slippery rhetoric.
