today i mailed peter batten asking him about the update of tsx listing,jorc compliancy of the mine and the viability of mining uranium at todays price.i got a reply from him.i will paste the letter.hope this helps for some of ur questions.
Dear xxx,

As per our last quarterly, we have submitted our application to the
TSX. We are now in their hands and the timing is entirely up to them.
Whilst we fully expect to list this month we cannot state a date it is
not in our control.

There are no issues with the application, that we have been made aware
of, it is merely a matter of processing time.

JORC compliancy does not affect an operation it is a set of rules for
reporting resource and reserve numbers to the ASX. Similar rules
exist in Canada and South Africa.

The issue with Daneros not being JORC compliant is an issue relating
to the different survey coordinates used to record the historic hole
positions. It does not affect the size or grade of the mineralisation
at Daneros. We have resolved to resurvey all the holes but cannot
undertake this until the snow melts.

The viability of the operation will be determined by the cost to toll
treat, which we are negotiating now, and the price we can sell it for.
