I am just wondering why we went into trading halt,for information the market already knew.

As it appears this morning , you just distroyed confidence in the market.

Hi Michael,

We entered into a Trading halt through legal compliance with the Listing Rules and Corporations Law. The Creditor Meetings and Shareholder Meeting of TeleMedCare were held last Thursday night. Our previous announcement was with regard to our INTENT and was required as the Administrator had circulated documentation evidencing same. This announcement was confirmation of the acquisition following completion of certain third party documentation, appointment of our representatives on the TeleMedCare board, the issuance of a controlling interest etc, and we did provide further and more detailed information.

I do understand your sentiment, but we are governed by compliance requirements - trust that you understand, and i do hope to be in a position to provide update in the short term..
