Liasing with my Biochoice rep I hear postitive things happening around the Thermalife brand. There will be valuable training for the sales reps to pass onto our invaluable Pharmacy Assistants. Despite my own in house training there is still a genuine dubious nature around the brand. More advertising is planned plus more of those great samples for our customers. I also now have a sample tube of each Thermalife on my shelf.
I got stopped in the mall of my shopping centre the other day, whilst getting my lunch, to be thanked by one of my customers whom I recommended the cream to for unbearable arthritis in the thumb. This warms the heart of any Pharmacist whom every day usually deals with a myriad of complaints and disgruntled patients.
Hopefully things start to turn around, for everyone!
