    What a load of cods!

    It has everything to do with thermal expansion of the steel casing and absolutely nothing to do with pressure in the combustion cavity.

    As an engineer, I can work out why it happened and am comfortable that the amended, simplified, cheaper casing design in the upper portion of the well will overcome it.
