    FS,

Thats a really open post, not that i think you needed to expain your position. You come across as very genuine an open poster already. Unless i'm wrong i think most readers would agree with that obsevation.

I'm new around here but no stranger to stock forums. As you and others are well aware there are multiple combinations of personalites, motivations and emotions involved in the stock market. This is a complex equation in itself. Bearing this in mind, i think it is too difficult to work out why each poster makes their comments. Instead i think it is a great place to gather information to process for our individual trading/investing styles. I think everyone is responsible for their own decisions and if they are making decisions solely from reading posts on stock forums and losing money - then maybe they need to rethink their strategy. I am not convinced posts on HC largely determine a share price. My observation is a lot of negative posts come along AFTER a dive. Which imo means they were not responsible for the drop. As for registered users and logins on HC - do the continual relogins we have to make each day count as one or multiple logins, lol? I think 10,000 is debateable. Having said this i would accept that some readers may be influenced to buy or sell. If they loose money then they will either learn from it, or as you point out walk away (probably with a bad experience).

If we stick it out and believe we can get to our destinations then the mistakes become valuable learning experiences. With this in mind i dont think it matters how we make mistakes but how we learn from them. Staying alive in the stock market may involve many 'deaths' :-)

Posters who challange my beliefs are acceptable to me because it helps me discover weak spots. If they become too repeditive without anything new to add or too personal then i simply get bored with their opinions.

Ive stated before that you are valuable poster to this thread - as opposed to someone like me who does not contribute much at all but i'm happy to read most of the time.

I too am long on GDA and from your post hold many of your beliefs and strategies.

Fantastic day, im out to enjoy some of it.
