In the interests of fairness, and, I think, a possible accusation that I am posting unfairly on the URA threads I copy a post from jw172 on the QRS thread with my response.

Please note: I am not doing this to have a go at jw172, I only put it on URA because jw172 has raised some issues with how I posted to DrillFix....


tony ,i have been considering some investments in companies you and your father are involved with but i have a few nagging doubts so i am part way thru a full investigation of your various interests . on this stock you tell parmenio he has seen as much excitement as you have over the last 2 yrs ,that kind of slumping share price i would not find exciting , but you dismiss it in can i say an almost cavillier fashon ,you even refer to this QRS as a little darling you have been sitting on for a long time , i question your judgement and dont know if i want to entrust investing in PLV with you .i note that i can find no posts of yours earlier than 23/12/07 on this QRS share , have i missed them ? .

on the URA share posts i have an equally uneasy feeling . the same can be said for some other companies you have posted on . i furthur note you gave a friendly warning to was it drillfix ? on the URA posts about legal action URA management may take over defamatory posts but neglected to warn zed327 a far more virulent poster on that thread but would seem not the type to be easily warned off.

how so ever before posting this i emailed it to my daughter, a lawyer in a large legal firm in sydney and she tells me no defamation to any person here.

tony, you may be a 'hail fellow well met' but i do my homework before i trust anyone.

I suggest you go back and reread all my posts on QRS (and yes the first one is 23/12/07...I was only a member since October 2007).

You will see very quickly that my comments "this little gem" and the excitment over the past 2 years are very much tounge in cheek....also they were directed to parmenio who is a PLV shareholder and who I have spoken to on this forum many, many times.....

You will find more posts where I have said that this is the worst performing stock I have ever held.... I have held QRS for 2 years and seen the stock go to 9 cents. Do you really think I meant this was exciting???

If you question my judgement thats fine....read my disclaimer below about stocks outside of PLV....

If you believe that my judgement in investing in QRS gives you doubts on whether you should invest in PLV then that is fine by me....after all it is a free country.

In regards to the URA threads then you really need to read all my posts....I have always said that I believe the company is at the bottom and if I lose my money then so be it....for me the upside is so much greater than the downside....it is a very small part of my portfolio, I am prepared to lose 17 cents to make much more....after all this is a speccy.

In regards to my comments to DrillFix it is because he was going over the top (IMO) and I thought he was getting himself close to being in trouble. You need to go back to earlier posts (read the thread thank you showman) where I tried to help him out when he was getting desperate, I have spoken privately to DrillFix on the phone and only today conversed by email....as for Zed I don't know the guy and presume he is big enough to look after himself.

I was not warning DrillFix off, I was trying to protect him from potential harm....and I will copy this response on the URA thread so that DrillFix can tell you himself (once he has returned from suspension).

My biggest investments (outside of PLV) are in UMC and MUN, where I have nearly doubled my investment in UMC over the past few months (in this market!) and my MUN were bought early last year for 26 cents.....why don't you read my posts there to see if this eases your concerns somewhat.

I don't know why you thought you needed to have your daughter check your post for defamation....you have every right to question me, and I have every right to reply....I presume this is again, because you think I must be working for URA or something and have been trying to scare off DrillFix?

As to you doing your homework....good for you, so you should.
