If it only was as simple as to oust Mr.Ailakis !!
You have to realize,that the present board has knowingly looked away from this issue since mid 2009.
(with this issue,I mean the complete lack of disclosure in RDS since 2006)
By paying f.cost f.the Ailakis brothers,they have taken side and exposed RDS to costs,the company simply can not pay.
This ,of course,means the end of Redstone.
They already now have monetary problems and the only solution,I can see is a dissolution.
Somebody will then have to start all over !!
Not a solution shareholders would like.
It is up to ASIC to set the record right and up to shareholders to keep management in line.
So far not much luck with both.
