The point is not whether the board members has been with the company since inception,but why they did not take action,knowing the situation in the company!They have been informed since early 2009.
I agree,that Mr.A.Ailakis should bear most of the responsibility f.the lack of disclosure,but that do not relieve other board members of following rules laid down by ASX and ASIC
