Dazz depending on the settlement and the reality of if it we will ever get anything it does affect all holders and we should have been notified that it had been concluded. They can possibly use the excuse that until the 60 days is up where it can be disputed they don't need to announce it. In reality since we have had a delayed start to production and sales it should have make up a significant part of the income in this year if it will ever get paid so I was expecting a announcement even if it was just vanilla statement regarding core outline - ie lump sum, trail % or whatever they came up with.
