Fair post Kiwi. Nothing has really changed I guess..target has long been 20mcfpd - still is - and the last sentence says it all.
Can view the hydrates issues 2 ways, imo. None reforming = good news. If none are reforming as a result of insufficent pressure build up to cause hydrates - does this mean flow rates are still where they were in November, or less?
On the positive side - directors have responded - and seem moderately hopeful.
