    Yes it is believe, but those were the reasons you listed which would support a rally to 13c. All of that knowledge is old news and would not spark such a rally.

    p.s jake, why does my opinion scare you so much? This isn't Bill O'reilly's show on Fox, you can't mask your insecurities simply by silencing the opposition.
