Looks to me like things are on the up for the EPY share price after the publication of the results which while not sparkling showed progress in T/O and profit. Seems a bit sad this thread has gone as quiet as it has. Since the publication of the Preliminary report only two people have read it on HC. Interesting to see what Simon Loh has instore for the company now he has a controlling stake. Roughly speaking I believe EPY is now on a PE of around 7 which seems cheap to me when the company has substancial net cash and no borrowings. Will Simon start to pay a divi or rack up director enumeration?
