Remember that report in December where Macky was in Paris , the report said that they had halted all licence renewals and were reviewing them with TOTAL. At the time Macky seemed to water down the apparent favouritism saying that it was all subject to the rights of existing licence holders. Things have changed obviously........Sign up TOTAL right now or I will sack you. Not waiting for new code and competitive bid open process.......
