    I believe that production should start late 2012.

    Portmans, who are now Cliffs, who own 12.4% of PLV were unsucessful because they could not negotiate an agreement.

    Tony has talked to the Mayala on an even footing and has built up a solid relationship with them... Believe me I have seen it first hand!
