Yes Pelm1 . Valid point. I guess though if you select a partner its based on the $$$/benefits they are offering, particularly if their is strong interest from multiple parties, so if one is selected one would assume (yep I know assume can make an ass/u/me;)the details would be pretty clear.

Much like a tender I would suspect.

Regardless of that it will demonstrate PLV has a backer onboard.
And 'thats' the key for me.

It further de risks the project and as a result strengthens the valuation.
