The market seems to be reacting to the Working party's report advocating the abolition of the salary packaging administrators such as MMS and their replacement by a simplified system of direct payments to PBI's.
I think that there exists a need for a market release to acquaint all and not have the select feww in sync with the reports findings taking advantage of the situation.
