I’m no expert on CR but this would have to have been organized a few weeks ago. At $15.75 this raise is over what APT would have been trading at the time. $14.30 only 2 weeks ago August 9th. Instos prepared to pay overs at the time $15.75 price was set. This shows the strength of the business and where it’s headed. Thought?
