No - that's the placement for $108m. the SPP for $20m will be rolled out to you in the coming days provided you help shares as of 7 pm on 22nd August. The SPP will be massively over subscribed I think, and have little effect on current share price imho. The more the share price rises above $15.75, the more oversubscribed the SPP will be. Note that the company hasn't underwritten the SPP - doesn't need to. A nice little bonus for holders.
