as mentioned the have spent ... $0 ... nothing ... brass monkeys ... nada ... nix ... not a brass Razoo on advertising or marketing ..
yes they are a development company .... and don't need to spend on PR ..... but they are a publically listed company .. and should spend on PR  and advertising .. spreading the word
.. share price appreciation only occurs when potential investors and current stakeholders have some sort of idea what is going on ...
