I had the time thus opportunity today to visit E-pay's office in Bangkok and the feeling I got was overall quite good.

I also managed to get a phone top up slip through one of their dealers and it is easier than the scratch-cards and they create less waste too.

The person I spoke to couldn't give me a time line as to when e-pay will attempt to get their terminals into 7-11s and other convenience stores but states that they're already so far doing very well with the gaming internet sites; (allow me to ellaborate on this): In Asia; and Thailand is no exception, many youths crowd thousands of internet shops playing network and online games. They can purchase pre-paid credits to play these games and e-pay is steadily taking advantage of this market.
Some are so popular that some youths are resorting to petty crime just for one more hour of cyber fun!

So overall, although Thailand is not an enormous bustling market yet for e-pay, it's coming along quite well. Hope this is useful information to some out there.
