Can someone please tell me what good it does to tell hanlong to go away and comeback when they have the money? I don't get it? The no shop clause is gone. Are u just wanting to send a message or something? What good does doing that possibly do?

In my opinion having hanlong working towards a day would have created urgency amongst any possible counter bidders? Try to flush them out with a min price on the board. This hasn't worked I guess. Perhaps if they are gone mgt will start looking to work more actively with other parties, but I think we all know which side of the fence mgt are on.
